Event Description
There will be a Pressure Canning Class and Demonstration on Wednesday, June 25th beginning at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 2:00 p.m. at the Fleming County Cooperative Extension Office, 1384 Elizaville Rd., Flemingsburg, KY. During this class our very own FCS Agent Katie Fryman and FCS Agent Lora Pullin, Greenup County, will go over safe and proper methods of pressure canning vegetables and give a demonstration. This class is free and open to the public.
